How to make mod path not use OneDrive?

The mod path is set to use OneDrive, which consumes basically all of the available space.  How do I fix this?

I have already tried this:

mklink /J "C:\Users\[username]\OneDrive\Documents\My Games\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion\Mods-Rebellion v1.85" "C:\Games\Mods"

Creating a junction path does not in any way address the problem.  OneDrive still syncs the files.
