A quick question

I just renewed my OD sub. In my account there are two ObjectDesktop subs listed with two different product keys. I'm kinda hoping I didn't renew the wrong one. Please enlighten me.

I have 3 one says "Object Desktop Ultimate (Upgrade) - expired". The other one says "Object Desktop expires in X amount of days" and that's the one I renew and at the bottom "Object Desktop Ultimate upgrade from standard & renewal - Expired". I don't know what the other 2 are I just go with the one that tells me how many days are left.
