WC Premium Theme Argos was purchased, no product key needed, but all the download links I can find do not work, take me to empty pages, or redirect! How do I download this purchase?

Sorry to say this, but it looks like the Argos Theme will only work on win XP/2003. How do I go about getting a refund and getting another Theme that will work with Win 10?
