Unable to launch Rebellion

I'm getting an error popup before the game can launch. It says " And error cause Sins to stop working correctly. A report on this error has been logged for the developer." Then it provides a link to the mini dump file. Any idea on how I can resolve this? I've already gone through the troubleshooting steps with no luck.
