Star name editing

Hi,

So basically I only ever play singleplayer and would like to edit the names of the stars on the maps I get (I'm picky like that) and while I know how to change the names in the "map generator"? files, I need to know how to do so in an already saved game.

PS. While I'm able to find the save file, I don't know what to look for in there.
