Object Desktop subscription

Sometime during 2017 I extended my OD subscription by adding another year midway through my current subscription.  However, OD says it's expiring in 12 days which was my old subscription date before the mid year extension.  

Unrelated, is Object Desktop Manager still functional?

I don't see a renewal purchased last year under this account. If you purchased with another email that could be the issue.
