Windows Classic Theme for WindowBlinds

Unfortunately, this theme is not suitable.

- This theme is not completed and has much bugs.

- Alas, but this style Windows 95 (elements, colors).

 

I need to get the classic style of Windows XP / Windows 7 (See the screenshot above).

The thing is people having/buying Windowblinds has no interest at classic theme,only the few people likes to backward skinning. I think codewar65's one is a good one. 

That may be as close as you'll get without creating your own skin.  They can be fun to do if you have the time & inclination.

Yeah, that's the best skin available for what you're looking for.

Skinning backwards was the reason I was turned on by WindowBlinds. I 'required' a bare bones basic old school windows theme, and WindowBlinds / SkinStudio filled the bill. I will get back to looking at True Classic as soon as I get Creator update and go through it with a fine tooth comb. 

I am currently using my 6502 theme here as my main skin (and lovin' it).

Classic theme of Windows 7 - One of the most user friendly and least requiring Windows.
Comfortable background colors along with the ease of use. The classic interface of the system was worked
on for many years on WIndows 7 and it came out best in this system. 

The theme "True Classic" - contains the interface of the outdated Windows 95.
In the "True Classic" theme you've got different color theme and layout as well.
I am interested in a theme that will be exactly like the classic Windows 7 style.

 

Like I said, it may be up to you to create it.  Can be a lot of fun if you feel strongly about matching that particular look.

My True Classic theme might be a good starting put. Try modifying it with SkinStudio to change the layout. The images will have to be tweaked to match the beige control color from your screenshot.

Colors of UI elements, dialogs and context menus in Classic theme Windows 7 are closer to what users
are accustomed to than those in Windows 95.

Moreover, some elements of Windows 95 theme do not work as expected e.g. the color of the pointer
does not get inverted for active elements of context menus:

I would be glad if there are specialists who will start the development of this theme.
As classic theme is missing in new versions of Windows 8, 8.1 and 10, we feel that this theme will surely be popular.

With WB, the skin & SkinStudio you'd be able to make the modifications you wish (for your non-commercial personal use, of course).  Someone might take on your request, but I wouldn't count on it.

Given sufficient financial incentives, there are no doubt people participating in these forums who would be willing to offer their services as your 'specialist'.

Exactly. If someone feels adamant about getting something that no else is interested in doing, best to get busy and do it yourself.

Ваша тема максимально похожа на требуемую. Но она сделана в стиле классической Windows 95/98, а меня интересует классическая Windows XP/7 - в ней другая цветовая раскраска и отличаются некоторые элементы интерфейса.

то что вы халявщик, закосивший под "ни чего не вижу, ни на что не обращаю внимание" это стало понятно слишком поздно мне. Вместо того что бы поискать самому туториалы, и убрать мелкие несоответствия, вам проще ползать сутками по сайтам и искать кто вам сделает на халяву, строя грандиозные планы, что майкрософт станет перед вами на колени и попросит прощения у единственного пользователя и заставит работать классику на семёрке. Главное что не трудно поправить всё что вы написали, дело то на самом деле минутное с каждым ресурсом, но во первых это ни когда не закончится, а во вторых вы всё равно ей пользоваться ни когда не будете, и это блять, факт! То что тема на девианте вся полностью не одного цвета с оригиналом, вас не капли не смущает, и ещё в ней туева хуча несовместимых мест, и переделай я даже её, запускаться будет у вас только базовый ( классический ) стиль. Да и чувствуется мне что и с WB темой, её ждёт та же участь, что и мою тему!

Why you kept perpetuating the situation when being told there is one skin that has closer the concept you "inquired" or do it by yourself which obvious you are not intent to do so ? ?  It is not going anywhere by doing whichever no matter what language you try to tell people in here.   

He wants it to match up to the pixel with the original theme of the classic on Windows 7. I made him an aero visual style, but he does not like several places that can not be realized in an aero theme. That is, he is a very scrupulous person.

I think we all can establish what he wanted and he got answers,so why kept pursing when there is no one/skinner like to take part in the journey with his idea yet?? Anyway,good luck. Maybe someone will in the future.

Instead of continuing the process of development you have started from the scratch and you have lost a lot of time creating the elements of the interface that are already present in "Classic AE 2.5.3" theme. You should have simply copied from above mentioned theme.

Unfortunately neither your theme nor "Classic AE 2.5.3" will satisfy those users who prefer classic Windows 7 theme. There is a lot of small inconsistencies in it. Using WindowBlinds software it is possible to create a theme that will be 100% identical to a classic Windows 7 theme.

We don’t need yet another theme, that is "kind of similar" to Windows 7 interface. We already have at least two of that kind. We need to have a quality theme that is perfectly functioning and absolutely identical visually to the Windows 7 classical theme. At this time I'm looking for a specialist who is going to be able to start a development.

Did you ever read what you have written?? Over and over again. When people cares that is persistent;whereas they don't that annoying.
