Error installing Sins Trinity

Hi all,

I'm trying to install Sins Trinity on my Windows 7 64-bit laptop. I keep getting an error when I run the setup that says,

 

"An error occurred while attempting to create the directory at 

C:\Users\97th Floor\Desktop"

 

I think that this is the setup trying to put a shortcut on the desktop, but am not sure. I've tried running the setup.exe as an administrator, but it didn't work. I tried changing the installation path, but that also did not work. Does anyone have something I could try to fix this?

Sounds like a permissions issues. I would reach out to stardock support to see if they have a tool similar to the rebellion permissions. Otherwise right click your users profile in explorer and check security permissions that the Administrative group has access to the folder/ along with desktop folder.
