Trouble logging in to ICO

Starting a few days ago I ceased to be able to log into ICO, all other programs and the internet are working fine. When I try logging in I instantly get the "Disconnected from Ironclad Online" message (hinting that it is more a login refused vs a timeout)

 

Things I tried:

restarting steam

restarting my pc

restarting modem and router

reinstalling the game

logging in on my pc with another account (WORKS)

ensuring no beta is selected

verifying game files

 

Things I didn't try:

logging in at another pc or location

reinstalling steam or windows

 

Anyone have any suggestions?

Fixed my own issue - looks like my IP never reset from using a VPN, so I manually reset it through ipconfig and am good to go.  Maybe that'll work for you, OP?  And maybe the team can make it so that doesn't happen to anyone else?

Auq, I haven't been able to log in all day today. Tried reinstalling sins and I still can't get on the server. Everything was fine until I restarted sins before the next game. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks. Dis

Just an update, tried resetting my ipconfig, that did not work.

That did fix it. I just had to restart my computer after the address renew but it still begs the question of why it just happened when I made no changes in the first place.  All that happened was me restarting sins because of a mini dump and then not able to log in anymore.

Using the Steam version and haven't been able to log into ICO with the Trinity game for a week now. Rebellion game is working fine, but Trinity isn't. Any help?

Oh, and releasing / renewing ip(config) didn't help. Even after restarting. I'd just play Rebellion but my friend doesn't have it, so we need to get Trinity working....... :)

Same issue have rebellion but been trying to play Trinity with some friends since 15/5/17 and not been able to connect to Iron Clad. No news or communication from Stardock anywhere, either.

I'm having this issue as well. Everything has worked fine since I got the game and then yesterday it froze while I was playing online and when I restarted the game I started getting the error message. I haven't been able to log back in since then. Any updates?

Recently bought Rebellion for a friend so we could play together, but I can't get onto ICO multiplayer anymore in this exact same result
