Windows 10 moding conversion help

I just got Sins Rebellion from steam. Can anyone tell me how to Convert my Entity Files to Text. The Built in Converter uses Dos which windows 10 did away with. Is there any program out there without a dead link that can help.

Go to: www.ricksgalaxy.com and look on the sins tools page. I have reference files and converters there.

I use convert data via DOS on windows 10 just fine...
