Logon reverts to windows default

First, I'm on Win 7 Ult. Have been using Logon Studio from it's beginning. In the pas month or so my chosen Logon screen has reverted to Win 7 default.

Just curious if this has happened to anyone else and what could be causing this annoyance?

Probably has to do with Microsoft, huh?

Windows 10 did the same thing with the lock screen. I had to set it back again.
