Thank you Ross.

1: Windows 8 Metro Blind.

2: Top bar is an old yahoo widget called Informer. I like it because it is highly customizable.

3: The icons are Token, recolored by me.

4: Calendar is called Week Calendar which is an xWidget

5: Taskbar has centered icons by creating an empty toolbar but I found this nifty tool that does the same thing but makes your taskbar a bit more dock feeling. http://www.askvg.com/taskdock-center-all-taskbar-superbar-buttons-in-windows-7/   

6: Dock is Silver Fox.
