bik movies problem

hi

I tried to insert new movies for the factions in game . The movies have been created successfully and converted into bik , the movies appear in game , but curiously they are very accelerated , both video and audio (I've integrated audio directly into the bik file).

I would like to know if it's a problem that you know and if there are ways to solve it.
