Mod Phase Stabilizers

My goal is to mod the stabilizers to work between stars. Can someone help me figure out how to do that? i originally though it had something to do with range, or IsPhaseGateEndPoint, but I can't find anything to help make it interstellar.

I was wondering about that. . . There's no way to generate lines between them then?

No. I believe the game simply checks if planet A and planet B are in the same solar system. If they are not, it won't let you jump there. 

Only the implicit Star to Star lines, wormholes or manually created lines in galaxy forge can be used to get to a different star system.
