Ringtones and the NDA

So ah, just something I was wanting to clear up here with the ringtones, surely actually using them on our phones would be a violation of the NDA as written? I'd assume that we've got a wee bit of a pass on this one but just wanting a concrete confirmation that you're cool with us using them!

Mwahaha! Break the NDA by using their tantalizing ring tone and become an indentured servant until the game is published!  They are Druuge through and through!  StarDruuge.
