Our huge neighbor to the north is celebrating (quietly, politely, unobtrusively, and modestly) CANADA DAY. I'd say 'puckishly' but someone would hit me...but he wouldn't be Canadian. They don't do that.

Canadians are beyond tolerant...they don't care about your religion, race...whatever. As long as you 1)watch hockey and 2) don't bother them when they watch hockey. Drinking beer helps, too. Also, if you're in Quebec, and you wish to eat and have a roof over your head, you'd better know what passes for French up there.

So...to you people among us willing to admit to your Canadianess... Happy Canada Day!

I believe Victoria Day is celebrated throughout the countries once colonies/Commonwealth...could be wrong, though.
