None of my websites are graphically oriented. I tend to follow the theory that websites are about information, and therefore I keep mine fairly low-tech but with a lot of back-end power. I fixed what I wanted to at the moment.. Personal Page - http://weaksid.8m.net and no banners.. I pay $7.95 a month just for that.. Still pondering why I still pay for no banners.

I wrote my website in notepad, without any experience. I learned html by viewing sources by right clicking on other pages. Two things I hate about any website: pop-ups and frames. I know its not that great but I'll have time one day to improve it.

Static, I learned my HTML the same way. I know a good bit but I use Dreamweaver to speed up things. And if it can't do certain things that I want it to, I'll go into the code and edit it myself. I'm on like my 6th website. I call them levels because each time I rebuild my site, I make it better and more advance. I think my first one is sortof still there.
