Can't connect to ICO

All of the sudden I cannot connect to Ironclad Online. I got disconnected in a lobby this morning for no apparent reason and then after that I could not log into Ironclad Online. As soon as I launch the game and click on online I just get the "Disconnected from Ironclad Online" message.

Some notes:
I'm clearly connected to the internet - I've reset my net a few times
I've restarted my computer a few times
I've verified the integrity of the game cache and done a full reinstall to no avail.

I'm not sure what else I can try. I like playing ICO 5s games and am a veteran in the community. Hopefully someone can help me get back in game.

Also, I don't believe it's a firewall issue.  I only have the basic windows firewall, I've made no changes to it ever really, and I tried connecting with the firewall off and I still get "Disconnected from Ironclad Online"

ICO appears to be working at this time. I've verified with Trinity and Rebellion.

I filed a ticket on Friday no response yet.  Still can't log in and yes I'm well aware the servers are up.  I can play every other steam game and non-steam game with no internet or connectivity issues.
