Replay Bug

I recently wanted to watch a replay of mine, but it seems to be bugged. After this, i also looked upon some others, and they were too. Following problem:

The replay starts, and ressources are obtained etc, but nothing moves/ gets commands, no ship nor anything else. Interestingly, these replays loading bars dont fill, they just stay empty for a while and then the replay '"starts".

Edit: i asked a friend if he could watch the same replay(which he recorded, he was in this game too), and he had the same problem.

Is this a know issue/ is there a solution for it?
