Pausing Wirhout a Keyboard

For those of us who cannot use a keyboard, how about a little patch to add a pause button as I cannot seem to get Pause remapped to my mouse?

I was able to bind one of my back buttons on the mouse to Toggle Pause in the Rebellion Key Bindings.
