I Have Been Trying From The Past 2 Weeks To Contact Anyone With A Little Authority Over Maelstom Mod. I Tried Forums, Email, Personal Messages Everything .. Yet No Response 

 

I'd Like To Have Some Permissions For Using Some Of The Asserts From Maelstom Mod But Just Cant Find Them ... They Look Very Inactive 

 

What Should I Do ? If Anyone Here Have Some Authority Regarding Maelstom Please Do Respond 


If Not Is It Oke To Use The Asserts Anyway And Give Them Credit ? 

 

Personally I Think Its Oke To Use The Asserts And Just Credit Them Since They Are Very Inactive And Mostly Abandoned The Project Once Its Done

Hmm ... Well I Think I Can W8 For One More Week Mostly .. Since I Dont Have A Lot Of Free Time And Am Really Hasty To Play My Own Mod With My Friends  O:)

 

After That I Think I Will Just Use Them And Credit Them ...

How Ever Am Afraid That This Behavior Sounds Rather Rude And Harsh And I Feel Like Am Just Stealing Stuff Which Others Worked Hard To Make .. Even If I Did Credited Them And Didnt Labled It As My Own Creation >_>  

 

I Know That Feel .. Cause Once A Modder Used My Asserts In His Mod Without Asking Me For A Game .. While He Did Credited Me. 

 

But Well I Will Be Left With No Other Choice If I Cant Get A Response.

Well, if the mod is just between friends then there should be no issues. The only times us modders get annoyed is when its publicly released without permission being asked. So if you were looking to publicly release it, I would say to wait a while. Maybe 4 or 5 months, maybe longer IDK. But if its just going to be a private between friends then go for it.

I have been caught up in RL in combination with taking a break ...

One other thing ... I did see your request "I'd Like To Have A Few Permissions Regarding The Mod ._. " which was a little cryptic and thought I would wait for more information (which I have now)

A question for the crowd - I've got Rebellion with both DLCs, and Maelstrom crashes five minutes into the game, without fail. It's not a map issue, does it no matter what map I've got up. It's not a visual thing, I've tried it lowering all the graphics settings to minimal, still does it. I'm wondering if Maelstrom is compatible with Stellar Phenomena, or if there is something else that might be making it crap out.

I've tried it on two gaming rigs I have, same problem, it's not likely my computers, unless it's both!

I figured it out, I was actually using an older version of the mod that was causing problems.
