Maximum Activations reached

Hi. I just reinstalled my windows and reinstalled my game through steam. But i can't play because of " maximum activations reached" error. How can I fix that?

alperkorhan, just email [email protected] with all details eg serial number original email the game was registered to and current email and if you still have it the receipt details.
