Just redo the oldies and goodies to support Windows 8.1  and redo IconPackager as it is in need of major repair to function properly.  Oh and take a look at Theme Manager 4 could use updating also.

Uhmmm, I have nothing to do with IconPackager or Theme Manager... why are you posting that here? I did not ask about redoing old skins, I asked for opinions on the start menus, which one should I do first. Sheesh! :(
