Is Dw an Turn based Teck researching space civilization stradegy game

 I was thinking of Ai wise wouldn't U implement the same stradegy for the Yor who doesn't have a viable economics so the other option is a farming stradegy where the Torians have a Super breeder which incourages u to have a farming stradegy with the harvester to encourage a farming stradegy to raise money meaning that the Ai should be the same or at least similar

They should also consider using nitrous oxide or modifying it for the new engine

This is what I want several things would make the game better, starters?. Make it so you can resurch other races techs once you have gotten all of yours. But only if its better than your own!. and aspecialy techs that allow you to build secret projects and special buildings. then make it so you can build terror stares with wepons ect including propulsion and add them to fleets. and secret projects and techs of your own .....and not have to wait 8 turns to contact a waring enemy to negotiate peace!. if im beeting him badly he should want peace and I would like a chance to get peace if I need it!. next larger spips capital and galactic scales...... . its always bothered me when I got far enough to build stuff on a ship and it would not add the item because of size limitations. and a button to buy certain improvements for all your bases at once and your ships too!. cut down on teedius repetition  if you can mod a unick tecnolage be able to use it online sort of like real secret tecnologys.... and yes multi player in game or online ya know it would be fun to be able to play all races in a game and see whitch one survives.

I been trying to play Distance worlds, and is getting confused to many screens. What is a good stradegy.
