Disconnected from ironclad

So, I'm trying to go online on ironclad but it just says You've been disconnected from ironclad.

What's the problem?

If it's maintenance then why is there no post on the site about it or message in the game about it?

Where is the support, I tried to look around for support about this game but I could not find it. This company is ironclad games company is starting to annoy me and they do not feel professional.

So, what to do?
