no help from stardock

Have the digital download of Trinity. Shows up on the Gamestop " my games section " on my laptop.

I want to download on my other laptop so me and my sons can play together.
When I pull up the Gamestop on the other laptop no game shows up in the " my games section ".

I have sent E-mails with no reply. Called the phone number many times but can't get anybody to answer. :(

Anybody got any ideas of a solution?

Please don't just give me the email address of Stardock and say that can fix it. ;)

There's no other solution but to wait for Stardock support service to respond to your email. Just send the one email and wait.

I am sorry. What can a bunch of players do to solve something that's clearly on the side of sales of a company?

I don't know what a "support ticket number " is.

I just sent e-mails.

When you send email you receive a reply with support ticket number....

Keep in mind that if you send another email before you receive official reply (not one that gives you ticket number) you fall back to being last in the line....

Got it to download and ran into another problem! :rolleyes:

When trying to start the game it ask for the serial number, when given it says the account is already used by another account. >:(

Went through stardock.com this time rather than a general e-mail.

I don't have experience with other game studios but what I hear from others Stardock is one of best if not the best in these regards.
