Graphics Issues

Hello all,

I created this post to see if, even if this has been addressed before, to see if there is an issue with Sins as far as minidumping when I try to switch the game to the highest resolution for my display?

Note: This is only a change to the screen resolution. I have not changed any texture settings for any of the structures/planets/objects/things.

They are. Strangely enough, it works on windowed mode. Strange fix but it'll have to do.

Let me guess, running it through steam?  If so I had a similar issue and I solved it by disabling the steam in-game community support.

1. Locate Sins: rebellion in your library

2. Right click on it, select "properties"

3. Uncheck "enable steam community in-game"

4. Click close

Give this a shot and write back, I'm very curious to see if your issue is the same as mine.

Yes it did, oddly enough. And it's funny because this only affects my computers with Windows 8. My Vista Desktop was immune from the plague.

Oh well, it's been fixed. Moving on...

Fantastic.  I had already filed a bug report regarding it, and this helps confirm my suspicion that it's not an issue only impacting my system.  Thanks!
