Imagine if a clone of Josef Stalin was the leader of TEC. Stalin 2 says I will give you ten upgrades to maximize the

strengths of the Ragnarov and Ankylon, while reducing their weaknesses. What ten active abilities(exp. scatter shot)

and/or passive abilities (exp. high stress alloy) would you get?

Stalin 2 would ask this question while a laser gun was pointed at you head and your family was in a star base airlock.
