Graphics are blurry now?

I posted this in another thread, but I figured I would create my own.

I have had Sins for years and love it, and have been playing Rebellion since it came out, and it has always looked beautiful on my computer. However, for whatever reason very recently the game isn't displaying correctly. I have all the graphics settings on highest, yet the planet geology looks blurry, ships look a bit cheesy, and some other things just aren't displaying as crisp as they normally do. My brother has Sins Diplomacy on his similar quality computer and his looks how mine used to look, very clear and sharp details. I am stumped, and I don't want to reinstall everything just to have the problem maybe get fixed. A little help???
