Diplomacy Dialog text missing

It seems like a bad XML reference? Things like "AI_Defending_loosing_hate" shpw up instead ofthe actual text dialog. I am a new player and have no idea what they are saying.

All other text seems to show up, as far as I can tell, except when loading the campain, there is a large box that looks like it should have text in it?

Any idea how to actually see what the other cis are say9ing to me?
