desyncs

Anyone else having desyncs today? I have played fine for the past 2 months or so, but today I tried again and me and a friend seem to keep getting desyncs, no matter who hosts :S 

Any ideas of how to fix this? Or if it's maybe a problem at ironclads side?

Desyncs are rarer than mini-dumps, and crash to desktop even rarer.  Both seem to still occur regardless of time in game, but generally later in larger games.  Players will report mini-dumps sometimes after game has completed, but then unable to view charts.

There was a brief period when a test server was up for this purpose, but don't know what came of it if anything.

If it was late game, it'd be fine...or something... But it's right at the start, the map hasn't even loaded yet and it's already telling me we desynched...
