Black Sabbath....got me tickets....

After eons of waiting...and leaving an open link to Ticketek for about 2 weeks....

...ignoring the 'offer' of best available as out-the-back-of-the-stage-by-the-dunny....

....I scored 4 tickets...and in a decent spot.

I've seen Pink Floyd from 6 rows back ... Waters at least 3 other times.... Purple twice.... even King Crimson [in Rome] ages ago....but 'Black' was a 'colour' I'd missed....til now...;)

Enjoy yourself. Only three rules to follow. No Drinking, No Pot, No getting laid and No laptop doing graphics inbetween. Other than that have a great time.

Last time I saw Sabbath, Ozzie walked off stage in the middle of the second song, War Pigs. 

It was announced he was overdosing on Heroin and was puking backstage so they called the concert off. That was 30 years ago...even though the tickets was only 10 bucks back then I was still pissed because the promoters didn't give refunds and Ozzie later said "ah wll, wht the fuc we not duen nother shw".

Hope he got off the drugs but either way after a stunt like that, I think he's a dick.

Haven't been to a concert in decades, been tempted a few times though.

Ozzie is Ozzie, warts and all.  I hadn't seen anything of him for years, then when he started popping up on tv once in awhile I've got to admit it made me smile.  I think he can still kick out the jams pretty good, not sure.  Here's hoping he blows your socks off :thumbsup:

The concert I went to was around 2 years prior to Ozzy getting fired and being replaced by Ronnie James Dio. If I remember correctly, Rare Earth went on prior to Sabbath and they were great. 

That would make it around 35 years ago...damn my memory isn't as good as it used to be.
