Since VL can blow up planets, I think the Novalith for TR should make planets explode as well.
That's a terrible idea.
The Vasari Loyalists have to actually go in and capture the planet at least.
With the novalith cannon you would just have to sit behind starbases (ie TEC Loyalists) and blow planets up destroying their economy and any chance to recover.
and I do not think it is even able to be done as the sttc is actually not even an ability OR buff, so can not be used by the ai.
