hi. i bought sins rebellion in steam and in single player games it works just fine, but every time i try to launch a multiplayer game with ironclad online nothing happens and after a few seconds i get the message: "Disconnected from Ironclad Online." a friend bought the game too and when he hits the ico multiplayer button he ends up in the lobby, waiting for me. i can't even reach the lobby or create an ironclad online account. please help.

I still can't.... It sits with a blank screen and login on the side, then after 20 seconds it says disconnected again

Make sure you aren't trying to use the beta ICO with a release build, or vice-versa. It's up with 500+ users on at the moment.

how would I know that I was using a beta build? I was able to access the online portion before purchasing the DLC.... I don't know if that was coincidental or not.

And how do I change that? Cause I don't know if I'm using beta ICO with release build or vice-versa. Where can I check it? and where can I edit it?

You would have to have changed the ICO Port in your settings file, so if you don't know then you probably have not. You might have a network issue or some other problem--if you contact [email protected] they should be able to help.

You can always delete your rebellion.user.setting file as well and the game will recreate it. This is located in: Documents\My Games\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion\Setting

This happened to me last week as well.  The only thing that helped was a complete uninstall and re-install (delete local content via STEAM and re-download).

during multiplayer games I always randomly drop from the game really annoying.  Sometimes ill be in for an hour then Ill disconnect losing where I am.  Or sometimes after 10 mins.  Anyway have a fix for this issue?

Check your connections, PC to Router, Router to Modem, Modem out.
