[Oversight/String Error] Energetic Pulse Charging

The description of this researchable says "Increase the damage of all Pulse weapons." Unfortunately, it does not. It currently only affects PULSEGUN. I would also expect that it should buff PULSEWAVE and FLASHBEAM given that they are also pulse weapons.
