Looping pirate sound bug

Playing a game with 5 other FFA AI.

Play as TEC rebels.

Have AI's spend money on bounties on me but I finish Truce among rogues before they get to my planet. Pirates arrive and then turn around and leave.

AI novalith's destroy pirates.

I capture pirate base.

I see that the few fleets of pirates that were supposed to come and get me are back in the pirate base.

Now the Pirates song won't stop looping and the "avast you land lovers" and other pirate taunts keep coming up...

I'm about to scuttle my own planet...

 

Also the AI seems to just stay on it's planets and chill... I don't understand what happened since diplomacy? They AI on unfair always gave me a run for my money! Now it's like I'm strategizing against a brain dead monkey??? Can't the old AI just be reset?

The AI now has Corvettes, Titans, a new capital ship and new research. Introducing these things was bound to break them. All we can do is wait for the developers to fix them.
