Bug: Game not ending trouble

Hi!

 

In my last game I was playing with an ally and I didnt have any of the special Victory Conditions turned on. So I went to destroy them all. During the course of the game I made a cease fire with one of my enemies. Ok this is all good. But something happens and another of my enemy destroy this newly befriended enemy I had. I was still having cease fire with him and after I had destroyed all my enemies game did not end. I had to go to war with the "destroyed" enemy I had a cease fire with and then it automatically said "Victory".

You have to destroy your allies if you don't have the "Allied Victory" condition enabled.

Allied Victory was enabled. I just checked. And also it wasnt my ally only one I had cease fire with. Relationship around 5-6. So do beleave this is a bug.

 

Here is a savegame. Try it and check the Verlin Desendants. You will see they got one small system left. They have been stationary for hours in this game. Try and press go to war button. What happens is that you will have victory.
