March 2012 Desktop Screenshots

This month I went a little Metro-ish. The underlying OS is Windows 7 and that's about as close to Windows 8 as I'm going to get.

The Wall is a neat one I found on Wallbase.net (http://wallbase.cc/wallpaper/764819).

The blind is Win8 Metro from Stardock, the NeXuS is Atmospherica with my SD software subdock open. Tiles to match the WB and Jeff's Bins running.

The shop is "Facepalm" undergoing some modification (wink, wink).

I really did roar with laughter about that blue screen.   It would be so typical.  Your "what" kinda made me blink though.

Should have kept it for April,01.... just sayin.     And a, third cup.            See you at the Forum.
I once worked on my sister's PC. I put a BSOD screensaver on it and set it to ignore the mouse.

Was really fun to watch her squirm...lol.

Oh, that's just awful Red.  ^_^   I have been thinking about how your doing lately. And your family. Any updates you'd like to share?  Whatever, I hope things are more settled down again. At least to a dull roar. haha      :sun:

One time deep in the forests of BC, my partner and I were hiking when he fell through and got caught up in a hole through some roots or fallen trees. I just happened to be a little lower.... That's right I grabbed his leg. He couldn't see me....  }:)   Aaaah, moments you never forget.    ;)

A redneck with more than one crack is an image I'd rather not have in my sordid mind. Thanks for that.  o_O       :P

I am currently working on a second crack, actually. I'm afraid it isn't gonna be as nice as HW, but yall might like it.  :moo:

I am using a modified version of this sysmetrix skin https://www.wincustomize.com/explore/sysmetrix/2618/ along with the Airframe blind and camouflage icons. Do not remember where the wall came from but I believe its a game shot. Just found the wall here http://koleksifoto.com/images/wallpapers/65351431/Game/1920_Wide/1920GAME_2002.jpg

Irokoness. Reply 32, your desktop shows a very neat and clean clock and calender. Is that a DX widget? I wouldn't mind getting my hands on that. Is it uploaded?

If that's your work, well done, very nice!

Thankyou mate! I often find myself having issues with location in most weather apps. My location is rarely listed and i end up having to use Sydney, which is about 150km's away....

Thanks Uvah. It is a bit on the large size. If I had a small screen I would just reduce the image sizes but that might make the font on the graphics to small to be practical.
