Stardock we ask you to do something about this spammer this isnt the first time he did it and we cant even ignore him with the name he is using this time please either ban him or limit the number of messages he can send every minute

Well I did recieve mail from them only after sending 4 mails of my own and here it copy of it. If anything is going to be done I just dont know.

Just checked it and it went from status open to close. I do not know if anything was done at all.

 

EDIT: Just to let you all know i did made additional enquiery regarding policy they have and if anything was done in this particular case

Thats a simple responce form which means it was probably not even looked at yet. Dont call us, we'll call you.

I know it's boot response.

The problem is i got only 1 compared to 4-5 mails i send regarding this problem. And they did close the case after a day i send them mail and nothing was done.....

I got spammed again 5 min after.

That spamm after made me to inquire about policy they have.....

-If you find Sins or Entrenchment is crashing frequently, try reducing your texture detail until it stops. The majority of crashes are caused by running out of video memory.

-If you have a problem with your Stardock Account, lost serial keys, installation, or the Sins Launcher please write [email protected].

-If you have a problem with your Ironclad Online (ICO) account you've reached the right place and we'll address it asap. If you haven't sent it already, we'll need your cd key and a list of guesses at your username or password. We'll be automating this process soon.

-If you crash in any form, we'll need your cd key, any associated minidumps, your dxdiag info and any other info you can provide.

-Here's how you retrieve the DxDiag document:

-To run the DirectX diagnostics tool: Press 'Start' and select 'run'. Type dxdiag in the text field and Click "OK". When you do this, a window will pop up.

Click the "Save All Information" button, located in its lower right corner.

-If ICO is telling you that you have the wrong version, you need to update your Sins to the recently released 1.181 version (or Entrenchment 1.041) by clicking "Download Updates" on the main menu or going directly to Impulse (link below).

-If you aren't able to load the game or it crashes right away you probably need to uninstall Sins, manually delete everything in the Sins directory and install directly from Impulse (You can get this from http://impulsedriven.com/).

-On some systems having both the demo and the full version of Sins installed will cause problems. Uninstall the demo to resolve any issues.

-If you keep crashing from the same save game, it is probably corrupt. Please send us the save game along with your dxdiag and the associated minidump.

-Always make sure your video and sound drivers are up to date and any mods you are using are valid for the current version.

I tried reinstalling all my drivers but he's still there and spamming:/

edit: adding constructive part to my post-

SPAMMER DEFENSE PLAN:

everyone changes name to one in brackets and  join secret channel= spam avoided. annoying to pull off and it has other downsides... but until spammer issue is resolved its some workaround.

He did this to us tonight too.  He spammed in game lobby then once game started he spammed me in whisper and friend.  He must truly have no life.

I was laughing to starkilers post as well.

What works is to add people as friends and talk in friend chat while pretending you are afk. 

We did this last time (well we were whispering to each other but friend chat works faster)

My sincerest apologies for everyone who has been victimized by this spammer. His outright racism and general obnoxious behaviour are not in the spirit of the SINS community and certainly not tolerated by Ironclad and Stardock. A special thanks to everyone who provided Screenshots and sent us emails to help nab him. He is banned from ICO indefinitely - SIN in peace :)

Hmmmm

Got just one comment.

Same guy was online today, he was threatning to spamm in game i was playing but he didn't in the end. If he stops spamming thats ok with me and i have no further complaints regarding him but if you banned somebody perhaps you banned wrong guy

EDIT game just finished and hes in the game lobby for next game spamming as I speak
