Hey Uvah... I have three cats and one of them is named Valentine. He's a 7 almost 8 year old male Bombay.
Ok... sorry Uvah I thought I was going to be able to put a picture of him in there so you could see him. Sorry.
I don't know if I did this right Uvah... but I tried to put a picture of him as my avatar for now.
Hey it worked... here he is.

He's a beauty. Can you say that about a male cat? Anyway. Black cats are my favorite. Had one about four years ago. Female. Named her Samantha. She never responded to that name though. Always when I called her Sam did she respond. Her favorite toy was a piece of newspaper crumpled into a ball. I'd toss it, She'd run it down then pick it up and bring it back. This would go on for hours. Loved traveling too. When I'd walk to the store she'd ride my shoulder or if driving it was in the back up against the rear window. Had to give her up when I moved. Tons of fun though.
Hi Dr. JBHL...
I've seen you around a lot. I've always been afraid to talk to you. You do what I've always wanted to do though... took Anatomy and Physiology once wanting to become a Paramedic at one time. Can't do it if you can ultimately become a patient yourself though. Epilepsy and now MS. You seem like a nice guy... not the judgment I used to have of you though at one time. Thought you were kind of a mean guy to people at one time at times some years ago. That's why I was kind of shy of you. I've changed my mind recently of you though. Thank you for the... embed pictures. I appreciate it. Would you like a friend Dr. JBHL? You and I have an interest in common!!! The medical field. Oh... and WinCustomize.
Hello again Uvah...
I'm happy to see you love cats as much as I do!!!! I have two more... one is named Foofy... and the other Bubbles... I call him Little Man. Bubbles has something in common with your Samantha. He doesn't answer to Bubbles. He never really did. Foofy has something in common with her too. Foofy also likes to play fetch. Foofy is the black and white version of the American Shorthair and Little Man is thought to be the mix between the Maine Coon and the Norwegian Forest Cat. Little Man should have been named Valentine because I later found out that through the Cat Fancy Magazine which I also take... that St. Valentine was also the Patron St. of people with Epilepsy which I also have. I found that out by accident. Little Man has an amazing ability to warn me like the seizure dogs when I am about to have a grand mal seizure. He will follow me from room to room and cry and then if I am able to make it to my room he will lie down right next to my head and won't let me up until he is sure and satisfied I am ok. He won't let me get up. His two vets say that in twenty years of treating animals they have only treated dogs of being able to have this ability but never ever cats. Do you have a picture of you cat Samantha? I would very much like to see her. With Foofy... I might lose her soon.. she is 15.. vet this possible cancer. Lymphoma maybe. Right now there is kidney disease and Pancreatitis. Please pray for her. Thanks about Valentine. Thanks for telling me about Samantha too. Would you like a friend too Uvah? =^..^=
Dr. JBHL...
I just looked at it and I don't understand it. I'm sorry. Did I do ok by putting a picture of Valentine here?
I did bookmark it though Dr. JBHL... thank you.
Unfortunately I never took any pictures of Samantha but I'll tell you this. Five years ago i worked in a clock factory. One of the secretaries came in with a cardboard box and inside were three kittens just four months old. Samantha was the all black one and I took to her right away. Throughout that day I kept her near to my workstation. Then she decided it was time to play. Suffice to say I had to put her back in the box so I could get some work done. As for a friend. Yes, of course. I like making new friends and adding them to my collection. lol
Oh ... true story. Back in Brooklyn NY where I grew up. I'm all of 14 ... 15 years old. We had a dog named Tiny. She was a birthday present for my mom. Tiny had a friend named Crazy Cat, so named because this cat was really bonkers. She'd run around the room and try to stop before crashing into a wall or furniture or whatever was in the way and never did. She'd shake her head and go right back to running around again. The reason I added this story is ... both Tiny and Crazy Cat on three different occasions went out for the day and came back pregnant. They both gave birth on the same day to the same number of babies, 5 each. They'd take turns nursing both kittens and puppies and when they were old enough to cause mayhem, which they did in abundance, it was a site to see. One night I'm sound asleep in the bottom bunk when I was awakened by something tugging on the blankets. When I sat up I had ten furballs on my bed all scrambling up to be cuddled. Fell asleep with all of them still there.
Ha ha Uvah...
Foofy... Little Man... and Valentine usually sleep with me on my bed too every single night too. Valentine loves to sleep right next to me.. always has to. It's part of their breed. They will always have to be right next to you. The funny thing about it is he is afraid of everything... everyone except when he is being a bully. I would have had to have seen Samantha... but maybe she and Valentine were of the same breed. If they were... they were born to look like the black leopards of India. These domestic versions have the same teeth and claws they do just without the spots. Literally. If you take your finger... measure both top and bottom teeth against your finger that's how long their teeth will be and that's only the portion of the teeth you can see. The other 70 percent is buried in their skull.
As for them ever having babies... ummmm no... lol. They are all spay/neutered. No little kittens for them!!!
