1) No employee of Stardock Corporation or Stardock Entertainment shall be permitted to enter into any betting pools as per regulation #315 of the International Society for Forum Gamblers Assoc.

That would be unfair since you have insider information ;)

And then look through all his replies.  Make sure you select "Jon Shafer's replies (Full Text))  From: All Sites".   Every single one is "in character".  So for over 3 years this dude has been impersonating Jon Shafer.  And not made a single off character post?

 

It is him.  Surely.  He just doesn't have his badge since he is not Official(TM) yet.
