Early afternoon is something else.  That's why it's called "early afternoon" and not "midday".  Midday is traditionally the 12-o'clock hour.  Once the little hand hits the 1, it's no longer midday.

Yeah you might as well release them all at once because if you don't all the pre-order people will just be upset and jealous and maybe a little sad even. (I'm a pre-order person)

As far as I am concerned, it gets here when it gets here (today, tomorrow, Tuesday).  Stardock is doing beta testers and pre-orders a courtesy by giving us the game 48 hours early...and on a Sunday no less!  I am grateful for the effort more than anything else.  

Regardless of when it is released...thanks, Stardock!

It's out when it's out.  It looks like we're getting it a bit early, so that's great.  Getting stressed out because it's running a bit late or because retailers broke the street date isn't worth the wasted energy.

Take a moment to browse through your past Impulse purchases.  Play a good one of those for a while.  I've put in a great amount of Hearts of Iron 3 this weekend to keep me tided over.  I would highly recommend it.

And remember, even when it is out the bandwidth is going to be so taxed it'll be a long download anyway.  Best to be busy with something else, and let it come when it comes.  Make sure and enjoy the rest of the day!

I've been playing Divinity 2 Ego Draconis over the weekend. Got me to level 15 too, and having a blast. So If I can't play Elemental tomorrow I'll just continue that.

Whenever. I woke up this morning and thought; "Wow I might be getting EWoM early." Then I realized I had crap tons of stuff to get done before work on Monday.

Just because you call it privilege does not make it any different. People have pre-ordered to get this privilege, thus it is their privilege and they are understandably upset when the promise was not fulfilled. (though it is time only for beta testers)

Release date = promise that everyone should be able to play game on particular date.

Pre-reliease for preorders and beta testers = promise that beta testers and pre-orders will be able to play on another earlier date.

I do not see much difference, no matter how you call it, privilege or not. People paid money for the game, people were promised to be delivered on particular date, the promise is not fulfilled, people are upset. I do not see any contradictions here.

It'll still be a couple of hours. Bear in mind we're between gold and day 0 so we're having to put this stuff together. We weren't even planning on being here today.
