Saying "I wouldn't be surprised if it happened" isn't quite the same as "$#@! you I'm going to invalid gamestate because blah blah blah"
On top of that.. the guy you're accusing of exploiting got the loss as well lol.
Personally kia's a legit kind of guy so I'm adding a note... Also worth noting the guy says kthxbai, which inherently means he's an idiot... (Yeah I know some of you may say it as well... and yes my opinion of him and you will hold regardless of your phd)

@Kiamori: if any player in the game has the Russian version of the game, the game will get desynced once one side controls the map.
