I use to be able to play the game but now when i start the game the grapics of the game are all messed up.
as you can see the outlay stuff is just fine but the atcual game is just a blur of constantly moving lines and colors and wiered shapes. I tried an unistall and reinstall and disabled and deleted all the mods but still i get nothing.
only demigod or other full windowed dx 10 or 11 games too?
Either ur graphic card is frying or viruse messed up ur files/drivers. Then you will either have to reinstall graphic drivers and dx files or format ur pc. If card is fried then u gotta replace it.
So:
1. Check if it is only demigod thats causing troubles and let us know.
well i don't have any other dx 10 games. (is Demigod a DX 10 game?), but I can start up Sins of the Solar Empire no problem and the graphics are ok.
hmm... try uninstalling your graphics card driver? Then test. Then install latest graphics card driver?
ok what i did was i actually have another partion on the same pc. The partion i was orginally playing Demigod on was my windows xp partion. it no longer works there. So i installed it onto my windows 7 partition and it works correctly so I doubt the graphics card is bad. which is more l ikely my graphics card drivers going bad or my installing becoming corrupted. I tried and uninstall and reinstall of Demigod but the problem was still there however i know on uninstall not everything is uninstalled because when I reinstalled it still had my acheivments and mods that where there before.
Well if its problem with demigod and reinstaling didnt help they only thing i can think of is deleting game.pref form
documents/my games/gaspoweredgames/demigod/
Its the file that stores all user settings and it will re created once u start game again.
