Need to learn modding

Hy there,

I've been playing oculus a few times...

but his problem is

he is the thunder and lightning guy, but doesn't have the favour item Heaven's wrath

please can someone mod that I'm just learning how to mod, but my attemps ... (let's say) ... don't work out.
