Witty, I like them!

heres a good idea if you really want to taunt the other team: first get ON a winning team, once you start to gain the upper hand start RPing your character in all chat. now even if you are not directly tuanting them it is SURE to get on someones nerves

*bonus points for ignoring any feedback from the other players. RP as if you are doing a monolog.

I think death and kill taunts should be voice only while taunts that you specifically trigger would play a short animation.  Basically the taunt system in Team Fortress 2.

Lol I have a perfect taunt for all of these demis (comical taunts)  that include actions!

-Regulus:*Puts his hands on his face in shame and shakes his head* "Oh crap! Why do my arrows always lean for the testicles!"

-Oak: *Rubs nipples and puts his head to sky* "I'm so sexy I turn to metal! What now?"

-Sedna: *sighs and puts a hand to her forehead* "Healing is crap, why can't I be badass and kill something for once?"

-Unclean Beast: *Banging head on the ground* "Rrrrrraaaaaggllllleeeee ffffrrrrraaaaagggglllleeee!"

-Rook: *Shrugs in confusion* "Grumble grumble grumble?"

-Queen of Thorns: *Puts her hands to her face in shock with a shocked face* "Omg! I like totally tortured that little runt! Like I'm totally ROFling right now!"

-Torch Bearer: *Puts his hands out in a shrug* "Why the hell am I always angry?! I think my father may be the torrutes guy..."

-Lord Erebus: *Rubs his face in pleasure* "Oh yeah, baby! I just love to suck... oh no that sounded wrong..."

-Demon Assassin: *Curls up in a corner and cries* "Why am I skinny child melestor? Why can't I be that guys in halloween?"

-Occulus: *Jabs forward with his staff* "Hold still while I shove this bolt of lightning up your ass!"

Queen of Thorns

- Death -  It seem winter has come to claim my spring

- Kill - Have you felt my sweet kiss?

- Kill - More mulch for the mouths of my magnificent magnolias

- Death - Seems I've been uprooted

Sedna

- Death - Time to join the lights in the sky

- Kill - I am sorry; you are not deserving of my excess breath

- Kill - Although evil, I shall mourn you

- Death - Time for rest, time for peace

- Death - Cold... just like home

Erebus

- Death - Couldn't have one more sweet taste

- Kill - Hmm, you'll be going into my special drinking collection

- Kill - Ugh so repugnant, not even good enough for a leech

- Death - Hmph, I wanted to write a poem about this when it was over

I like the idea of taunts, but it would definitely have to be automatic.

Uhm, it's obvious that we've hit a groundbreaking point in Demigod.  I have come up with the best Unclean beast taunts for every situation imaginable.  Here we go.

Kill: "Raaawwrr."

Death: "Rawr."

Item gained: "Rawr!"

Item lost?: "rawr."

Flag captured: "Rawwwwrrr."

Demicrash: "Aww, what the fuck! I... mean... uh.  rawr."

Walking forward: "rawr."

Walking backwards: "Moonwalk, bitch! ...rawr?"

Lagging: "Raaawwwrrr."

Not lagging: "Raaawwrrr."

Eating a cupcake: "Ra--nomnomnom--wr."

Realizing said cupcake was made of poo: "rawr!"

Not caring about said cupcake being made of feces because he's cool with that: "Rawr."

Using an ability: "moo."
