Holiday Vacation for Support (We're baaaaaack!)

Stardock Customer Support will be closed Friday, December 18th, 2009 through Sunday, January 3rd, 2010 for the holiday.

We will reply to tickets on a first-come, first-served basis when we return to normal business hours on Monday, January 4th, 2010 at 9am EST.

If you email us during this time, you will experience a long delay in our response to your ticket, so we thank you in advance for your patience.

That is a long holiday. I've never known an organisation have so many holidays.

IMHO, I think that's a crazy amount of time to close support for customers. I mean it's all good for you guys, but i think your customers shouldn't have to suffer for so long. And you can't just do some work from home? lol

@Philly... I won't either, but tell that to the other guy who has a ticket. Your pretty much fooked.

FWIW, when I first purchased OD, I had a ton of trouble...and it was Thanksgiving (2 years ago). I put in a support  ticket and got help from SD while they were supposed to be on vacation. I give much props to SD Support for that....5*

pjdark I was speaking for myself, as a customer who understands thet folks can not stay at work 24/7, no matter wht the job.  I enjoy the Holidays so there is not reason the staff and Stardock shouldn't.  :thumbsup:

Having said the above, I also know that that support folks are allways in and out of here and there are the members of the the community that help out where they can. :sun:

Jim, when things like that happen for me I usually delete what every actions I have taken, clean up stuff and start over from the beginning.  :S

I completely understand Philly. *hugs   You too killajosh. It's all good. And i agree, that SD support rocks! And yes they too need the time off. Especially from us! lol. A very happy Christmas to all of you at SD and my good friends here in the forums. I really mean that. :)
