no i don't own that game anymore, but i got a lot of dos games running on win7 64bit with dosbox.

Well, the system requirements list windows vista and it says the game is actually run using dosbox so my intuition tells me that it should work on windows 7, but I haven't actually tried the Impulse version of the game so I can't say for certain.
