I tried to go to the TotalGaming store today to see if the token prices had been brought into line with Impulse prices on any desirable games, but got redirected to the Impulse site.  As far as I can tell, my tokens are now inaccessible/unusable.  Wasn't there a plan to transition tokens to some kind of gift card for Impulse?  I never received any kind of warning email saying that my tokens were about to expire, and, in fact, Stardock has posted in the forums specifically that tokens would *not* expire.  Obviously, I'm not going to be ordering anything on Impulse until this situation is resolved satisfactorily.

Good news, all! The gift card system has passed QA and is scheduled to go live shortly. Anyone who still has TGN tokens should be on the lookout for an email from Stardock later today or tomorrow with more information.

Just used the store gift certificate feature to purchace Dipolmacy, everything worked fine. Better late than never, good job! FYI to others out there. I went to the online store via the browser, not Impulse, so I'm not sure if they work the same. You must get right up to the payment option before you see anything hinting at the gift certificate. It does give you your balance before and after a purchace, I thought that was a nice feature.

Used it the other day.  Very nice system!  Only thing I didn't realize until I re-read the email was that it wasn't available for pre-ordering Elemental.  No biggie, I figured it out and split up my order.  Just means I have an excuse to buy something else at some point. ;)

I tried to enter a support ticket, but my address is apparently already registered, but I don't know the password.  I've tried to get it reset twice, to no avail, having given it more than enough time to arrive (and yes, I checked my spam folder to make sure it didn't end up there).
