I have bought TweakVista about a year ago...and now that i have Windows 7....Impluse says under my software that i have Tweakvista but when i install it and run it...it comes up tweak7 and it is asking me for an Email and SN i tryed the one for tweakvista but it didnt work...wtf what do i do?
i guess youll have to eat it like i had to eat my volvo - the engine exploded 15 min after leaving dealers lot and they wont fix it - he said its yours -you own it -you fix it ---lol

I have not and i tryed calling but no luck there i cant get a hold of a real person! = / 
couldn't talk any of them into the red pill.......

Try actually uninstalling TweakVista, restarting your system (if prompted), then you should see Tweak7 within Impulse, so try installing that. You have a working serial for Tweak7 in your account now.

You don't have a Lemon Law in your state?
I'd also purchased TweakVista about a year ago. I just tried to install Tweak 7 in Windows 7 using Impulse. It refused to do so saying that my registration wasn't in proper order or some such nonsense. Then I tried installing Tweak Vista hoping to upgrade. So I "updated my registration info" as requested by inserting my TV serial number - it installed TV, although Tweak 7 was actually installed. But after reading your post I looked in my Windows uninstall program and it too says tweakVista. WTF? And Tweak 7 won't activate with my TV serial. I'm screwed too, apparently. At least I didn't buy a Volvo.
